Location
The Inn by the Bandstand is at 6 Front
Street, directly north of the
bandstand in the town center of Exeter. We are only 30 minutes east of
Manchester airport or 45 minutes north of Boston's Logan airport.
Visitors can explore the local area or drive 8 miles to visit the
beaches at Hampton or 12 miles to historic
Portsmouth and points of interest in southern Maine,
including large
outlet malls in Kittery and the Village of York, site of the Nubble
Light House.
Directions
From Interstate 95:
Take exit 2
BEFORE the toll booth (route 101 west). Take route 101 west for about 6
miles to exit 11 (Route 108 south). Off the exit ramp turn left (south)
on Route 108 for approximately 1 1/2 miles and you will come to a "T"
intersection with a light (High Street). Turn right and drive to the
center of Exeter (3 blocks). You will see the bandstand on your left
with the Inn by the Bandstand on the corner. Parking is available at
the rear of the Inn (accessed through the city municipal lot) or you
may park in public parking at the front of the Inn (NOT from November
through March, however).
